------------------ Titel: Mach Schluss mit Diätlügen! ------------------ Untertitel : Deine Schritt für Schrittanleitung zum gesunden Abnehmen ------------------ ... Kleine Bemerkung: Erfahre den Weg zu mehr Vitalität, Leistungsfähigkeit und Fitness ------------------ Vorstellung: Da das Buch Diätlügen aller "Bild der Frau", "bunte" ... xKilo in x Wochen, abnehmen im Schlaf ... entkräftet und ... hatte ich die Idee, dass im unterem Teil des Covers ein Papierkorb steht in den Titelfetzen diverser Ratgeber Zeitung hinein fliegen(weggeworfen/... zerrissen/zerknüllt). Das Cover soll auffallen und ein wenig ... wichtig ist Natürlich das keine Logos besagter Zeitungen zu sehen sind aber man dennoch erkennt woher die Titel ... Zur Inspiration, Google einfach mal "Bild der Frau schlank" uns schaut euch die Bilder an : ... Kilo weg mit Tomaten , 5 Kilo in 3 Tagen solche Titel sollen zu sehen sein Wichtig: Schlagzeilen wie: ... 5 Kilo weg in 3 tagen ... Abnehmen mit der Stoffwechsel Diät ... Annehmen mit der Kartoffel Diät sollen im Mülleimer landen Hier soll gedruckt werden: DIN A6 hoch ... A6 ...

This book is an extended version of "The 10 Commandments of the Modern Caveman" ebook, which cover I had created previously. However, this publication comes with a bonus mini-book called “Tuky: Návod na použitie” (The User's Guide to Fats). They are two separate ebooks, but the printed version is basically a 2-in-1, where we can find each subject when we turn the book around. In terms of design, the author wanted to follow the same approach of the other books in the series, representing caveman drawings in a very simple way and products that are used in the Paleo diet. The challenge for this project was to make the design different enough that could be easily identified as “two books”, but also with some similarities, in order to keep the balance of the entire book cover (front and back) and also to make the connection with the previous publications.

These are the first two publications for the "Moderný Pračlovek" series (Modern Caveman). The main idea was to represent caveman drawings in a very simple way and products that were used at that time... but also in our days. The first one — “Kuchyňa Pračloveka” (Caveman's Kitchen) — is an untraditional cookbook focused on the choice of ingredients and kitchen skills/practices rather than just recipes. The second publication is an ebook — "Desatoro Prikázaní Moderného Pračloveka" — that basically means "The 10 Commandments of the Modern Caveman". Following this line of thought, the author requested something related with the religious meaning of the title. Therefore, I used the idea of the stones of the 10 Commandments described in the Bible. It was also important for the author to keep the “caveman illustrations” separated in two zones — the day and the night. At the center, the squatting silhouette represents the meditation and balance.
