Ser feliz es un proceso y una actitud, tenemos mucho más poder del que creemos para lograrlo. Lo sé porque lo he vivido. Visualizar lo que quieres, trabajar los impedimentos, reformular actitudes, conquistar miedos, equivocarse, comprender, sanar y en todo ese proceso ganar más y más recursos. La vida puede no ser fácil, pero es bella.

Coaching para la felicidad cotidiana es un libro que trata diversos problemas cotidianos con los que nos enfrentamos día a día y que son capaces de mermar nuestra paz cotidiana. En cada capítulo se trata un tema y se sugieren ejercicios, trucos y consejos con los que se puede aminorar el efecto de esos síntomas. Ese alivio nos va a ayudar a ser más creativos, a poder lidiar mejor con el resto de los retos, a tener claridad mental y sobre todo, nos va a ayudar a crearnos nuestro propio proceso para gestionar mejor nuestro día a día. En definitiva, nos va a ayudar a ser más felices y más conscientes.

Hombre o mujer (más mujeres que hombres), entre 35 y 65. España y Latinoamérica. Que tienen retos (trabajan, son emprendedoras, madres, padres, comprometidos con la vida, el planeta...etc)
