Learning disabilities yielded grades that lead people close to him to believe being a writer was an impossibility. He was discouraged from pursuing any type of career in writing. So, it was put on the back burner, and he joined the military. 23 years later, he retired and hit the road with his dog, Rusty. I would classify this as magical realism. Heavily influenced by Gabriel Garcia Marquez "One hundred years of solitude" and Laura Esquivel "Como Aqua Para Chocolate." It is about a woman who's chocolates evoke passion in the lives of those who eat them. The secret ingredient in her chocolates is a few drops of her own blood. The reason her blood laced with so much passion is because she is celibate. The reason she is celibate is because whoever makes love to her dies upon climaxing.

Women but based on the title, I would say Latin Women.

Chocolate, passion, and death are the I want to be incorporated. Into the cover. I like the style of the artwork in "Como Agua Para Chocolate." Esperanza, the main character, is the most beautiful woman most anybody in Mexico had ever seen. What makes her stand out, even more, are her GREEN eyes. Also, I need the margins to be void of any text so I can turn this cover into a print cover on CreateSpace.
