The site will be hosted at iosframeworks.com. It will be used by developers to find frameworks and existing code to integrate into their applications to make development easier and quicker. The provisional tagline for the site is:
"A curated catalog of iOS frameworks and classes for the pragmatic iOS developer."
This should be on every page of the site somewhere at the top.
"curated" and "pragmatic" should provide hints for the vibe the site should give. It should be classy.
The goal of the site is to list information about the individual frameworks and the applications using these frameworks. Those are the main entities of the site: frameworks and applications.
Each framework has a title, description, tags, and a list of applications that use it. It could have an icon also. Each application has the same information that's available on the iTunes page (for example, http://itunes.apple.com/de/app/good…363448914). The most important pieces of information are title, description and icon.
There's no existing logo or color scheme. I'm fond of green, but that's not a requirement.
