New website design wanted for WOW

Work of Wisdom (referred to as 'WOW' going forward) is a bit like a job site, with a strategic focus. WOW focuses on matching industry professionals with small business or non-profit organizations on a part-time or contract basis. We're providing a wireframe (attached) to illustrate layout and functionality, but looking for the designer of this project to develop the graphics for this project which will make it visually appealing, lightweight, and consistent with the brand/logo provided (also attached). Target audiences that this must reach and appeal to: 1) Members (industry professionals). Typically this person will be 50 years of age or older, financially secure, and able to provide insight and advice to organizations from a C-level position (CEO, COO, etc.) 2) Business or Non-profit. Typically an entrepreneur or a small business with 1-50 employees.
