Website Design for Process Serving Company: One Source Process

I own and operate a legal services company based in Washington, DC. We specialize in serving legal documents, court filings, and skip tracing. We offer our services both locally and nationwide.

http://www.gzprocess.com/ - This is a larger process serving company's website. I like how the client log in and the links to other sections of the website are inside the banner. I would like a similar design, but I DO NOT want it to appear as an exact copy.

I am looking for a more refined feel to the website I already have up and running. I only need a design for one page. The other content pages have the same layout, all I would need to do is transfer the text. I need people to see what services we offer and why we're the best from the moment the page loads. I've attached some royalty free images I purchased that are subject appropriate as well as an Adobe Illustrator file and jpg image of my company logo. I'm trying to target large law firms and mortage companies, but I still want it to be appealing to someone who is representing themselves in a civil case and has never had to use a process serving company before. My company offers local and national service of process and would like it to have a combination of local and national appeal.
