VoiceObserver is a tool developed by GreenIvory, some information can be found here:
The new website will be operated under http://www.VoiceObserver.com.
GreenIvory is a startup based in the US and France. Our goal is to provide web marketing tools to marketers, digital agencies, pure players... Our tools are available in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode, with a range of editions: Free, Business and Elite.
Everybody concerned about his online reputation or his customers' online reputation : marketers, digital agencies...
We expect users to be "well aware" of what web-based tools are, therefore the interface should be polished.
The website will be in both English and French. The design can be in either language.
Users coming to VoiceObserver.com can log in with their MashupXFeed.com id & password. This should be mentioned.
The Facebook fan box should be visible. Link to Facebook, Twitter and a Blog as well.
We also want to implement Facebook Connect.
The page should inspire trust, reliability, precision...
The logo cannot be changed (attached in EPS).
We will be launching the product as an "Open Alpha", changing it to an "Open Beta" and removing the Beta in a few month.
We are not too much into using stock picture of humans. "Stylized" plants, animals or eventually people can be used.
We need the home page.
The home page is an invitation to start an online reputation analysis.
The process will directly bring you to an analysis configuration panel. There is no signup. The analysis will start right away. There should be a start analysis button. The process thereafter is illustrated in the attached doc (20110128VODIY-FR-001.pdf).
3 clicks are required to start an analysis:
1) Click on start on the home page.
2) Define what you are after in a single field (advanced parameters available).
3) See some instant results & validate the project.
Everything is going to be Free in while in Open Alpha / Beta. A regular pricing structure will be added (e.g. http://help.mashupxfeed.com/pricing).
We focus on customer satisfaction and support. People can call or use GetSatisfaction (http://getsatisfaction.com/greenivory).
There is *no* need to be consistent with the existing websites, however for information:
We already have an existing product called MashupXFeed, whose goal is to increase traffic on websites by injecting high quality content :
We also have our corporate website:
http://www.greenivory.com/ (and .fr)
What we like:
We like the clear message, the company logos...
Clean interface, simple process.
What we don't like:
Yeah, even if it's us... too much stuff on the page, too much of a same color, too much information.
