A winner was selected from 14 designs submitted by 5 freelance designers.
Assanka
Assanka is a technology company that builds web applications, mainly for media and finance clients. We recently developed the new site for TheLondonPaper (http://www.thelondonpaper.com), and we do a lot of work with the Financial Times (eg http://ftalphaville.ft.com). We do development in house and work with third parties for design and creative work. There is more information and case studies on our current website:
http://www.assanka.net.
To be clear, we are not a design or creative agency - we build and design software and applications, scalable platforms and massive databases.
Product managers at large corporations who wish to engage a new agency, and programmers/developers with whom we want to engage and possibly recruit.

Note that there are multiple prizes available for this contest. I will award $400 to the designer that produces the largest number of controls, but I have a total prize fund of $1000 for this contest and will award further prizes via paypal as appropriate. If all the controls are successfully designed, the full $1000 will be paid.
