Simple new website design wanted for Video Sales Lab

Video Sales Lab is an online video production company that creates various types of marketing videos: sale videos, YouTube buzz videos, commercials, general interest videos, etc. We work with clients to do script writing and all animations and production that's required.

http://medialoot.com/join/ - This page shows the general flow and feel I would like to have (the exact flow and order of things on the page are shown in the image I've uploaded). www.freshbooks.com - I really like the coloring and feel to this site. The fonts are great and the icons are simple but pop.

The page that I need will be the homepage. The goal here is to introduce our company and services to clients and show that we are completely different from other online video production companies. The page will contain a menu bar on top, main video, testimonial and client videos, and various text selling them on using our services. I have uploaded an image mockup of how I would like the general layout/flow to be arranged. The design on the mockup (colors, fonts, etc.) is not exactly what I'm looking for, this is just to show generally how I would like things laid out on the page. UPDATES: a) Please make the opt-in box on the top right and bottom of the page the same size as the one on this page: http://www.healthyvending.com/ b) Make the video box smaller (to 475x267px) and move it to the right (similar to lynda.com) c) Move the headline "Videos That Are Guaranteed To Make You Money" to the left of the video. Get rid of the "Watch The Video Below To Find Out How!" and instead add in a legible handwritten font saying "Play The Video To See How!" with an arrow pointing towards the video (this will be below the moved headline). d) Try to incorporate more or a laboratory style into the design and logo (maybe some test tubes, beakers, piping). Anything that would really go with the "lab" feel. In the blue background you could make something like test tubes and beakers bubbling. I'm trying to go with a pretty fun feel with this, too. The simple background ideas of http://www.healthyvending.com/ & http://www.appsumo.com/designer-toolkit-special/ are nice to give you an idea. e) Please add another long green button (just like the one below "A Taste of What We've Done") right below the video at the top (keeping the button within the blue box). You could say "Click Here To Get Started!" on the button. f) Within the light blue background it would look great to create a very light opacity scene of a laboratory. An image to use as a reference would be: http://crazy-frankenstein.com/free-wallpapers-files/cartoons-wallpapers/dexters-laboratory-wallpapers/dexters-laboratory-3.jpg . The cartoony and fun look is something that I would like to achieve.

Please try to stick with the flow/layout that I have drawn up in the image I've uploaded. Use inspiration from the two sites that I have given. I really like the lighter blues, lighter whitish background and light green to make buttons and some text pop.
