Andrew Yoshimura w/ Prudential California Realty
I am simplistic person. I like things one way and one way only. I am Real Estate Agent with Prudential California Realty in San Diego. I am 21 and the youngest person in my office besides me is 26.
I am ambitious and a hard worker. I decided to get into real estate because I feel there are a lot of fakes out there and I thought I could bring a service that out does all the rest and would be extremely impressive because of my age.
My market is San Diego. I am trying to eventually tap into the luxury market in San Diego once I've had my license for more than a year. I want my branding of that type of agent to start now.
As far as demographic I am looking to hit home with younger professionals and wealthy older clients.
The young professionals are the type to drive nice cars and live in upscale lofts downtown. They are work hard and play hard.
The wealthy older are the type to shop all day, drive nice cars, and dine out almost every night.
I am looking for something very clean and bold. I don't particularly want light colors. I want there to be a header, a footer, and a sidebar. In the header, things like my picture, company logo, and a picture of a home would go. Right under the header I want tabs for the different areas of my page (Buyers, Sellers, Listings, MLS Search, etc.)
The following link is a company in Hawaii that I have idolized because of their webpage: (http://choi-realty.com/)
As close as I can get to that the better. With having a real estate website I also need an MLS search. I need there to be a tab that a client can click on, fill out a form for home criteria, and search the MLS within my page. I don't want it to branch out to another website. So I believe there is some coding I need to get to pull from Sandicor (San Diego MLS)
I guess that is a big thing...I want everything to stay within my page. If they do a search, I want it to stay within my page. IIf you go to the website I provided you can see the professionalism with the colors, the layout. And if you go to (http://choi-realty.com/oahu_search.html) and do a search you will see how the result come in like it is Choi's own.
Upon completion of the contest I will request the subsequent pages be complete also.
OH! and for the logo, I can do a Blue, Black, or White logo for Prudential. Attached is the black
