Overview
We're a small company that provides Remote/Online Computer Support for people around the USA. We do everything from Virus and Spyware Removal, all the way to Wireless Network Setup! Our website needs to be professional, clean, and very easy to follow. It's important our new customers can see it's legitimate, and how easy it is! it's also very important that our elderly customers can follow the website. We want the personality of the site to come across as professional, established, and friendly. We don't want to come across as a corporate environment. All of our technicians are very friendly and will spend the time needed to help everyone with their computer issues! We work with both residential and businesses. Our parent company has been established for over 13 years!

We do have competitors such as support.com, iyogi.net, and supportnerds.com - but there are people all over the world who have no idea that this service is available. We want to have our website stand out from our competitors.
Requirements
We want something NEW AND CREATIVE, but clean and easy for our customers to follow. We aren't set on any colors, and you're free to change the colors of the logo. It's important the layout work in all resolutions, and have colors that are clean and easy to follow.
New customers should see our homepage and instantly understand how it works, and can easily get connected via an online chat with our techs.
The homepage should also have "some" of the services we include, such as:
Virus and Spyware Removal, Security Setup, Wireless Network/LAN Setup, Speed Booster, and Problem Solver.
Other things that can be included: Client Testimonials, and recent Articles from our Knowledge base.
It's important that our customers can easily see our phone number, and VERY easily get our Chat Window open and talking with a technician.
Filler space can include our Better Business Seal, payment methods we accept (Visa, Mastercard, Etc)
