LEVEL Design Partners provides a turnkey solution for independent Architects and Structural Engineers to start or grow their own business while creating a better life for themselves and their families. Whether they are veterans of the industry with years of experience inside of large firms, or just beginning their career - LDPI provides everything they need to experience the strength of a large firm and the satisfaction and financial success of a thriving independent. LDPI is bringing forth a NEW business model for the 21st Century to an industry stuck in the past regarding environment, workplace satisfaction and corporate structure. The industry is comprised of extremely large firms that squeeze their employees (professional Engineers and Architects) in terms of time and money in order to compete; using layoffs and overseas resources in order to stay competitive and profitable for the owners. Unfortunately, this leaves a very dedicated and smart group of professionals to work 70-80 hrs a week in cubicle or office churning out the same type of work for less and less pay. They rarely know who the end client is and have no emotional connection to their work. There is typically very high turnover at the company, which can cause stress and lack of security. Many want to make a change, but don't have a clear path. In huge letters, “AN EXPANDING COMMUNITY OF INDEPENDENT ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS” Section 2 Please find a cool way to organize the following in this section in this order. WHY: Provide design solutions that are environmentally and socially accountable while creating a sustainable industry and world for future generations. HOW: Providing you with proven business solutions that enable you to create, grow and expand your business while focusing on what you know and enjoy. One column is “LDPI”, and the other is a “Firm” You can add in filler text for 10 bullets in each section as we are coming up with this content. To explain further, on the left is FIRM and has a list of 10 bullets with about 15-25 words each. And the right is LDPI with 10 bullets as well. (Just so we can get the visual). Section 5 GROW YOUR BUSINESS Running a business can be hard. Do what you are good at and and let LDPI take care of the rest. (short blurb) This section is a list of what LDPI provides for the design professional. It will also be a comparison of running your own business vs. leveraging the power of LDPI. You can add in filler text for 14 bullets in the left column that is titled “Do It On Your Own” as we are coming up with this content. Then please add the following bullets on the right under “LDPI” Expanding Brand Education and Mentorship Community Powerful culture Business Set Up and Consulting Turn-key Business Solutions Business Support Proven marketing strategies Lead conversion and scheduling Online presence Website Social SEO Add a box at the bottom of this section that says “SEE IT IN ACTION.” This will link to another page where we lay out LEVEL Engineering’s business, numbers, hours, employees, overhead and daily activity. One column is “The Future of LDPI”, and the “Future for Big Firms” You can add in filler text for 10 bullets in each section as we are coming up with this content. Section 7 POSITIVELY IMPACT THE WORLD 3 bullets, 3 facts about what the industry is doing to the world. Fill these in with filler words as we are coming up with content. Under that, 5 bullets of what LDPI is going to do for the future. Use filler words. Section 8 Financial comparison. “Working for a Firm” vs “Partnering with LDPI”. 5 filler bullets for each side. This section will also cover our Mentorship Program, which is a chart explaining how it works (without specific numbers). This will have a learn more button under it where they will be taken to our “Apply” page. Section 9 Call to action. “JOIN LEVEL DESIGN PARTNERS AND BECOME A GAME CHANGER” With a button below it saying “Join” or “Apply.” Throughout the site, please use these 3 phrases in smaller sections with a different font than the rest of the site, to make them stand out. Maybe more of a angled or cursive font. Again, see attached doc. Feel free to add ideas, comments, fonts, colors, pictures to this doc as well. Logo/brand colors Gold: #DEA32F Orange: #EF7D2D Light Grey: #C5D0D8 Dark Grey: #272E35 Color is really important on this site. We would like you to strategically use color throughout the site to do different things. Obviously, don’t go overboard with way too many colors. We need: Attention at the top Excitement in the middle And Calmness, confidence at the end and for the Call to action. The site should be consistent with the link and button colors (sub-colors), but should use subtle background colors to instill different things. Ideally we would use an image or texture background with an overlay that barely let’s that color through. For example, maybe a cool metallic patina pattern with 2 colors would look nice with an overlay. See examples below. But, it is up to you to use what you think would work best.. You’re the expert, not us :) Images or a combination of the two are welcome where you see fit.
