We specialize in real estate marketing/showcasing (Video-Photography-Internet). Our target audience are real estate agents, developers and home sellers.

What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
Clean, sleek, modern, at the crossroads between the apple.com and ruhm.com (see below) websites. We want to revamp our circlevisions.com website to something newer, nicer, detailed, modern.
Page descriptions
Every page has a dynamic video header that fills the entire screen.
-Home page, from top to bottom :
header, demo reel, list of services, list of bundled services, partners section, testimonials, contact section. This page introduces the company and key components of what we do, it needs to spark interest and admiration.
-Work page, from top to bottom :
header, sections describing our services (video, 3D, Photography, Websites, Augmented reality), contact section. This page details our services, we need to impress realtors with our cutting edge tools.
-About page, from top to bottom :
header, "our mission", "our process", "The Team", contact section. This page is about our philosophy, highlight our dedication to produce the best real estate marketing. We detail-oriented, friendly professionals.
What to avoid
Avoid colors that are too bright and flashy. The different sections need to be clear and cleverly separated.
Other notes
We are sharing our company logo + 3 mock up pages (Home+Work+About pages). They were built on Ps to set the layout. Each page comes with an annotated duplicate (we have our own coder), plus another home page displaying how the menu bar changes as the user scrolls down the page. Although we would like to keep the layout for the top header for all pages (with a different video background for every page), feel free to suggest anything that could improve it while keeping its basic characteristics. Any font/logo/icon that is not the company's (visible in the upper left corner of the header) may be re-designed, enhanced.
Don't hesitate to take initiatives and play around with any ideas you have.
