Visitors to the site should easily be able to figure out: who we are, what we do, why we are different/successful and why should candidates and clients work with us.
Image portrayed should be: professional, integrity, technologically advanced, industry experts, energy and motion, hip but serious
• Potential clients who come to the site to check us out for credibility after a call who want to know that we are a firm that has been around for a while, has a good reputation and is going to be the right partner for their hiring process.
o Life sciences, manufacturing, consumer products, pharmaceutical
• Potential candidates who are seeking a new position and want to work with a firm that is credible, will treat them and their career with respect and discretion in their search.
o mid-senior level management professionals

Immediately on the homepage should be a job search box – search by “Job Type” or “keyword”
