We match citizens who have been assigned court ordered community service with non-profits that will accept online volunteers. The goal of our project is to help non-profits raise funds and keep good people out of the court system and most importantly, out of jail.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
18-35 Male and Female users. Most of our customers are criminal offenders. Examples: DUI, possession of a controlled substance, traffic tickets, etc.
Please see http://www.communityservicehelp.com/?sl=1 for an outline of what information needs to be on the main landing page. This is the site you will be re-designing. It is important that there is room for all of our service description text and an area for testimonials. All of the information and menu options already on the site must be included with the new design.
Currently we do not display how many hours of community service we have helped people complete, though, we would like to display that number somewhere on the site. As of this morning we have helped users complete 10,000+ hours of community service for 2011.
One of our goals is to increase the level of professionalism that our website displays. We work very closely with charities and the US court system so it is important that our design breeds credibility. We also offer a 100% money back guarantee for all of our customers and we'd like this proudly displayed somewhere on the site.
