Harlequin Fun Casino Hire
Harlequin is a company offering Fun Casino Hire for all occasions. Our customers hire our Roulette, Blackjack and Poker tables along with professional croupiers for their party, product launch, wedding reception, corporate dinners and team building events.
Most importantly, we want to create a brand image that tells the customer we are professional, sophisticated, and reliable. This means we want to avoid looking cheap or tacky at all costs. No half-naked women holding poker chips or flashing neon lights. Think elegance, style and sophistication.
Casino/Poker sites have a tendency to be very dark and dreary. Lots of black and red. We are all for rich dark colours, but we'd like something a bit brighter if possible. Something that's beautiful to look at as well as easy to use.
Men and women above the age of 18. We hope to attract corporate clients as well as domestic. We would like our website to appeal to anyone who is looking for a professional service. It must be easy to use, easy to read and easy to make a no obligation enquiry. It must be modern and stylish.
We are looking for a designer who can provide a creative website for us which stands out from the crowd of Fun Casino Hire sites. (There are a few decent sites out there but on the whole, most are the complete opposite to what we are aiming for. Just Google "Fun Casino Hire" to get an example! We want to avoid looking cheap and tacky.)
We want a website that is highly professional looking, a little more sophisticated, modern, sleek and elegant. A look that says "This website was well designed, not templated"
Must have a banner at the top with the logo and our tabs. The tabs for other pages are:
2. Fun Casino Hire
3. Wedding Casino Hire
4. Christmas Party Casino Hire
7. Themed Events
8. Contact Us
Must have an enquiry form on every page with the following fields:
*Location of Event
*Type of Event
*Date of Event
*Number of Guests
Must have two icons that link to our Twitter and Facebook pages.
Must use our logo. (please find attached)
I would like to see some illustration in the design perhaps. Something sophisticated and retro, some original artwork for Harlequin. This idea might not work in reality, but if you want to use it, please do.
I’d like to incorporate LAS VEGAS somehow into the site. Perhaps a silhouette of the skyline?? I am open to your ideas here.
Here are some examples of the style I am imagining:
When it comes to images on the site, I’d really like to see something personalised with the Harlequin logo. For example, a Harlequin deck of cards, a Harlequin poker chip, Harlequin Baize etc. Use your imagination here.
When using images, please avoid anything that looks like an obvious stock image. Pictures of cards, chips and roulette wheels are ok, but please use them creatively. Maybe find a way to make it look like a private image, taken exclusively for Harlequin?
Here is a list of websites I really like for different reasons. They look professional and expensive. Please don’t copy them, but use them for inspiration,
No coding needed. (Unless you are a fabulous coder with a good knowledge of SEO, in which case, message us and we will talk about it.)
We’d like you to be creative on this one. We have seen some incredible sites produced on 99 designs. We can’t wait to see what you come up with!
the stock images attached are by no means a requirement. I just uploaded them in case you wanted to use them. Please use your own if you have better ideas.
Thanks for taking the time to read the brief, and good luck to you all!
