vLinx (http://www.vlinx.com)
vLinx is a web-based global software company. We have created a technology that supports retailers and their global supply base. Improves communication, negotiations and brings savings to their organizations. We are strongly focused on the niche of Global Sourcing.
We believe in simplicity and straightforward communication. We compete against large companies (Oracle, SAP) and smaller ones as well (Tradestone Software). We need to stand out, clearly communicate what we do and why we are good at the service we provide.
Our company has rich knowledge on the technology side (I personally don't think our website conveys this now) as well as expertise in sourcing and retailing. We are customer focused (and this just isn't blowing smoke). We are global in nature.
Executive level, global retailers and suppliers.
B2B.
CIO's; CFO's; Vice Presidents of Marketing, Sourcing & Supply Chain
Informational site that our sales targets and companies can come to find out more about us. We do not currently impress on our website after a sales call.
As well, this is also the main login site for customers (lower level employees - would like to keep them excited). Markets: North American & European Retailers; Asian manufacturers & suppliers.
Logo (as currently designed) must be used
Must have a Login box for customers
Should convey professionalism to a broad audience.
Graphics can and probably need to be updated. No gears as any graphic component.
Structure / site tree is flexible.
Increase the size / resolution / footprint of the site pages
Site needs more life! Site also needs to better convey what we do. Make people believe!
