Design landing page for NFT launch project

We are launching an NFT project that has a cultural aspect that involves carnival, music and partying. We want to portray that energy on the landing page. The characters will be 10k full body characters with a chibi art style. short term goal is charity give backs and Long term goal is to be involved in the metaverse. The variations will be mainly the head traits... the costumes themselves will all be unique.. We want to illustrated the different type of people that can be on a costume.

Existing website is "islandmix.com" ... but we are taking it down... its an old design and we are gonna say "presented by" islandmixn

I think the base/footers should have some kind of asphalt road type of feel .... cuz that is where the carnival happens.... on the road... sometimes on the road beside a beach water front and music trucks are slowly moving down the road... or a view where there is parade of thousands of these character on a road... Flourescent colors.... unless you think it can REALLY work AVOID carnival clipart... it is not the same as the street carnival I am trying to portray

It will be called Carnival District where you can participate by purchasing an NFT character that has a costume. We are hoping to have multiple cultural districts in the metaverse, and this will be the first one… Plus, the NFT purchases can translate to offline carnival events and the long-term goal is to purchase land in the Metaverse and have people attend a virtual carnival and play games.
