Clear and Simple Website Design

We need a Website Template for a portal that provides information about private schools in Vienna, Austria. It is planned to gather all addresses of schools in Vienna and make it easily searchable for parents.

Design Requirements

- The Design should be anywhere in between serious and friendly, but not too much business look
- 1 big Photo integrated in the header that stands for school or education ( Headline” Privatschulen in Wien” + Subtitle “Finden Sie die passende Schule für Ihr Kind !” ( both should not be integrated in the Graphic - plain Text in the finished version )
- 3 Column Design
- Left Column
o about 2 Drop Down Boxes where parents can select for example zip/address or Type of School like kindergarden, highschool etc.
o Under the drop down box the results should be listed ( name of school, zip )
- Center Column
o Premium Listing of schools ( Photo, Name, Address, Tel. E-Mail, Description of school )
- Right Column
o On Top – Place for Adsense or other companies
o Google Map where all “premium” schools are shown ( dynamically generated from Database )
- Links like “Impressum”, “Privatschule eintragen” ( should be an eyecatcher so that everyone can find this Link easily ), “Datenschutz” should be integrated in the Site
- Navigation ( There is no navigation planned yet, maybe we need one in future so please make an designproposal also for a 3 level menu )

We offer the following product types ( 1 graphic for Every Product in different colors would be great ) The products should be named
- GRATIS Eintrag ( Translation --> Free Entry )
- Standard Eintrag ( --> standard Entry )
- Premium Eintrag ( --> Premium entry )

If it’s easy manageable a Template in standard conform XHTML and CSS would be great. Otherwise we take the graphic.
