Beauty webshop needs new design (Redesign)

We are a Norwegian company that sells branded haircare, skincare, makeup and perfume products online.

Been in buisness for about one year now, and doing very well. Its time to change our design to be something modern and cool!

Our market is girls from 20 - 45 years old, but there is also guys registered in our database. 90% are girls.

We only need psd, no coding.

You are free to be as creative as possible, but we have some ideas on how it should look like. By this i mean the menu system, where the banners should be etc. Please see Example Websites, and the attached document.

Make the site as cool as possible! "minimalistic and lightsoft. We really need something that will destroy our competition ;)

these are big sites that has been around for several years, so its not right to call them competition since we are small. But we are on our way for sure. our shop goes very well, and thats why it is important that our design crushes our competition ;)
