Xtraupload skin

I am looking for someone to create a skin for the popular free script xtraupload (http://www.xtrafile.com) I would like a "fully coded" skin but I'm not sure how much the contest prize should be considering the amount of work required although a compatible skin isn't a requirement as I could probably work it out myself as long as it has the html and css coding. If it is possible I would prefer the html file to be broken down into a header and a footer file though.

I am looking for a round edged "professional" design for an upload site something like the top half of megaupload.com but more colourful or http://www.rapidupload.com/ or quicksharing.com but with a built in links area on that would be seen on all pages. The colour scheme I am looking for is Red, orange, yellow and white. Also I would like to stress that I would much prefer a design that uses as few images as possible and is designed mainly via css. Also it must have area's for advertisments in the optimium area's like above and below the upload area etc but in a way that doesnt make them look out of place, so they can "sit" nicely into the design

Just ask if theres anything else you need to know I'm not sure atm.

EDIT also I would like to point out that after I have chosen a winner I may need aditional support in intergrating the design into my site. Not the actual part of editing and uploading files but specifically the menu area where more options become available when your logged in.
