PHPBB Template for 2007 XBox 360 Game

We have the domain(s), we have hosting, we just need a talented, passionate designer familiar with PHPBB 2.0.x (our current install is 2.0.21) and an interest in computer games, to build a coded template package that will blow away the competition. The game? Lost Planet: Extreme Condition.

On to business, here's the brief. We want to set up a real gamer's forum for the upcoming smash hit, Capcom's Lost Planet: Extreme Condition on the XBox 360. Here's a link to it: http://www.lostplanet-thegame.com/ In fact Capcom has already posted a basic forum, the sort of heavily moderated corporate type: http://ww2.capcom.com/BBS/forumdisplay.php?f=175 We want to build something more fun, where you can get the information you need, the media, the solutions, and even talk smack with friends, weekly competitions, give aways, the works! The hosting is set-up and all the domains are in: http://www.lostplanetforum.com/ That is were you come in, you'll see that the site is PHPBB 2.0.x and has the default skin, we need a theme that both rocks in itself and keeps true to the game e.g., its set in the future, on an ice planet etc., for more see the game website and check out the background story.
