New t-shirt design wanted for A SF Startup Needs A Old School Tattoo Design Tshirt

We're a group of IT/SysAdmin/Operators in a fast growing San Francisco startup. We're breaking out into our own group within the company and are looking for our own tshirt to celebrate the independance.
