I am a drifter running in central European drifting competitions. I want to attract more people to my website and get the word of drifting out to everybody!
One thing i didnt mention before:
ZÜRI stands for the City of Zurich, Switzerland. This is my home city and the crest and modified wakaba logos are a representation of that city.
So some very subtle form of connection to a city / skyline / whatever could be integrated
People interested in action sports, extreme sports, drifting and motorsports in general.
The audience wants funky, lifestyle designs that are vibrant and fresh.
However it should be more "sinister", dirty slightly rugged than the usual clean action brand designs... the balance should be there though, fully "goth style" sinister and dark like gotham city would be too much i guess.
I attached 2 logos -
one CREST logo, which COULD be on the front centered. There are two versions of this one, one with a "rising sun" blue white backdrop. Might not be needed. The other is without rising sun backdrop
one WAKABA logo, which COULD be on the rear, below the neck somewhere
but i'm open for different ideas, like having the CREST logo on the rear, or not centered but asymmetrical..
as for the vintage style, or dirty style... here are 2 example t-shirts by touge automotive that catch what I'm looking for a little bit:
BUT i'd like the whole thing to be a bit more "tricked out" with swooshes or some other ornaments..
Colors: can be colorful, but keep the surrounding colors suited to the BLUE / WHITE general theme of the logos.
FONT size and color can vary if you deem required
FONT Style can change as well if you want to use a less boring font. This is the official font for the stickers, but for a T-shirt i think a more extreme font can be used as well, as long as it's vintagy, dirty, sinister, fresh, etc.
Also, it could be possible to use the actual ZÜRIDRIFT driftcar as a backdrop in a stylized way. Maybe somebody wants to try something with that
The first one with crest as head isn't working for me at all, due to the fact that this is more about cars and mechanics than persons.
i have attached a few pictures of the züridrift car in action - maybe something from that can be used instead. KEEP IN MIND however that the car would have to be weaved in in a subtle / stylized manner.. it shouldn't be all in your face.
A good example is the BANNER of this website which also holds my car but it's barely visible:
These are also available in high resolution if required (as all the pics on the homepage)
