Primary: PWG Marketing - http://www.pwgmarketing.com; Secondary: Duct Tape Marketing
I am a small business marketing coach and consultant. I use the 7-step system of Duct Tape Marketing (http://www.ducttapemarketing.com) to simplify marketing for small businesses who have an unfocused, uncoordinated, tactical approach. I'm passionate about helping small business and I believe that a very systematic, consistent, repetitive approach is the answer.
Duct Tape Marketing, along with the founder, John Jantsch, is a strong international brand in the small business marketing world. At first, I was going to really focus on pushing my affiliation with DTM, however, I've changed that thought and now want to focus mainly on branding PWG Marketing (while still communicating the fact that I'm affiliatied with DTM).
Three words to describe me and my business are: 1) focused, 2) practical and 3) fun.
For background purposes, the 7-steps are:
Narrow Your Focus
Find and Communicate a Core Difference
Package Your Business
Create Marketing Materials that Educate
Establish Your Lead Generation Trio
Harness the Internet
Live by the Calendar
o take marketing one day at a time in order to avoid “overwhelm”.
Small businesses (5-20) employees where there is no formal marketing dept or person responsible for marketing. Typically, the owner executes tactical marketing elements from time to time in order to fill the pipeline.
My target client are healthcare related businesses (i.e. alternative/complimentary medicine, dentists, vision care, pain management) however, it may be difficult to incorporate design elements that speak to that group. Do what you can.
Tagline: "Practical small business marketing"
I've uploaded the PWG Marketing logo, as well as the Authorized Duct Tape Marketing Coach logo. Feel free to modify (i.e. twist, turn, etc) the PWG Marketing logo.
I want to primarily brand PWG Marketing with Duct Tape Marketing being a supporting brand element. I would like to include the Authorized Duct Tape Marketing logo on letterhead and business card as it is an international brand and, thus, has strong brand recognition.
I'm also open to incorporating a design theme of Duct Tape in order to play on the Duct Tape Marketing brand.
1. No Cartoons - I want it to be fun but not cheap
2. Nothing too elegant - I do not want to come across as being fancy, unapproachable or stuffy
3. The typeface should be clear, simple and bold. I want something that stands out. Again being careful not to be too fancy.
Please feel free to experiment with colors.
Please do not use any stock images or clip art.
