Paperchaser Moviemakers
i've just finished shooting a feature film. it's a silly comedy about an american in italy. though we haven't finished editing i'll be going to sundance to hang around and test the waters. i've heard that business cards are important as people--myself included--tend to get a bit tipsy there.
we kept a blog of the film at ameriqua.com if you want to check it out. i designed our logo and picked the posterous theme and such. have to say i've gotten teased a bit for them...so would like at least to have a business card that looks worth it's salt. cheers!
serious people who may or may not be seriously drunk. (aka anyone that works in the film industry)
paperchaser moviemakers is the same number of letters. the card i made for myself back in the day was them stacked on top of each other with some large brackets around them. it was ok looking but im open to new things.
i prefer at least one side to be of a lighter color, so if i have to write down a note to someone while im handing them it i can do it with a normal pen.
the name of the company is very much in jest, so i don't think i'd like any money related stuff on the card. i can think of exceptions to that (some sort of subtle make it rain joke for example) but prolly easier just to skip it.
i generally like the double sided business card look (maybe company name on one side and contact info on the other) but once again you probably have better taste than i.
the funkier the better i'm down to take it to a specialty printer (if you know one in NYC lemme know!)
finally i'd like to be able to have it as a template so i could use it for other people in the future as needed.
here's the info i want on it:
