We host political events in Canada and the United States.
What's your vision?
We need a one page (8.5"x11") poster for an upcoming event. The poster needs to be concise and needs to clearly direct customers to purchase tickets. The event being advertised is targeted at a conservative event (American Republican). The event is called "The Global Consequences of a Second Obama Term". You may wish to use a photo of Obama in the design (possibly transparent, etc.). You may use images which are not copyrighted for this project - however, you must tell us where you found the image so that we can verify that there is no copyright. None of the photos on whitehouse.gov are copyrighted - you may consider downloading the photo here http://www.whitehouse.gov/administr or go through their photo gallery here http://www.whitehouse.gov/photos-an Remember that we need a direct link to any photo that you use in the poster (i.e. you cannot say you found it on whitehouse.gov, you must show me the exact page). The poster must be delivered as a .psd file. The file should not be compressed so that we can make minor edits if necessary (i.e. change the text). You have unlimited permission to use any of the images that are attached for this project (you may not use them in any other projects). You may edit the images as necessary (cropping, removing backgrounds, etc.). You are required to place the Bolton_John_PROMOPIC.jpg on the page. Bolton is the main focus of the poster. You may choose whether to use one of the lilley.jpg files (1, 2, or 3). Please place a maximum of one image of Lilley on the poster. Designs that successfully incorporate Lilley will be looked on favourably. You are required to include all of the attached logos in the poster. The logos should not be the focus. From left to right, the logos should be: Spectre Live, Sun News, Elgin Winter Garden Theatre Centre. The Poster should include the following text (please emphasize text as necessary): Ambassador John Bolton on The Global Consequences of a Second Obama Term Featuring Brian Lilley of the Sun News Network Calgary: October 17, 2012, 8:00 PM Toronto: October 18, 2012, 8:00 PM The Middle East is now more dangerous than ever. Egypt is now under the control of the Muslim Brotherhood. Violent mobs attacked US Embassies and murdered the US Ambassador to Libya. Syria is in open civil war. Israel is facing the threat of nuclear war with Iran. Join us with Ambassador John Bolton and Brian Lilley as we discuss how President Obama has compromised US national security. If we fail to stand with Israel and quell the violence in the Middle East, we will be taking the first step into a thousand years of darkness. Visit BoltonCanada.com for more event information. Calgary: Tickets available at PrimeBoxOffice.com. Toronto: Tickets available at Ticketmaster.com or any Ticketmaster location. Or call Spectre Live at 1-888-816-1577
I always encourage creativity. Don't be afraid to put forward provocative designs! You may wish to use a blend of the Canadian and United States flags. You might also incorporate Israel's flag.
