Animal & Pet
Our product is called Entobites which is a dog treat. It is made out of pulverized baked crickets and other natural ingredients. Our target audience is people who regularly buy treats, who are concerned with giving their dogs a good quality protein and that are also attracted to a social cause of environmental sustainability.
What's your vision?
We want a package that denotes that the product is safe, healthy and also sustainable. We had a designer come up with a color scheme and a logo that we'd like to include in the package somwhere. On the front side we were thinking of having a happy/begging dog, caricatured but not too wacky. We also want it to show that our product is fun and actually tastes good to dogs; Additionally, want to show that the product has crickets and a little label that says "why crickets?" so that consumers will turn over the product to read on the back side a combination of text and infographics. The two main ingredients in the product will be peanutbutter and crickets. Additional claims include: no additives or preservatives, no wheat and gluten and "Made in United States".
We made some sketches for the infogram on the back that may help communicate the idea. We need to leave a space be able to include/modify the nutritional label and the ingredients. We will also include the logo and color scheme.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Product packaging starts at €409.
