We would like a postcard mailing campaign to introduce ourselves to more small businesses that are frustrated with current support and/or have out-grown the self-sufficient stage of technology where the owner or other non-IT dedicated employee (i.e.,salesman, office manager, or secretary) are doing the IT support without sufficient knowledge or training.
We create and manage custom IT solutions for small businesses. Small being defined as 1 to 5 locations, with 1 to 50 users. Services include networks (design, installation and maintenance), with and without servers, remote access and connectivity between various locations (including home offices), assistance with remote access for our customers' employees with Blackberry and field use of laptops, backup solutions, etc.
Additionally, we offer MS Sharepoint, web design and hosting, and certified Quickbooks professional assistance and training. Our niche is to create custom solutions based on needs that can grow without massive upgrade costs for any budget.
Basically, we are creative with budget constraints, offer quick response, and have a variety of services to offer.
We have seen a wave of customers closing offices and relocating key employees to home offices due to gas and overhead increases. We would like to capitalize on that.
Gas is expensive: have your employees work from home safely and securely. Ditch the rent and have have happier employees.
We are not married to that idea, but are uncertain that a "generic" offering of what we do without a specific product will be eye catching.
