Paper Floor Mat Design wanted for Lone Star Steam Clean

Please give me a quote on a design for a paper floor mat. The mat will measure 17" x 22" and it will be printed in one color. We'd like the design in blue on white. I am enclosing an "ok" sample design from our printer and a pretty sad mockup I drew up. The mockup I drew contains most of the elements I want, but the design is not very eye-catching. It looks dull and boring. I'd like the floor mat to draw the clients' attention to their feet! I'd love to see what you can design! The paper floor mats are used when our employees are on their way out of a home/apartment, and the floors/carpets are still a bit damp. I thought it would be kinda cool to have part of the mat have those tear-off thingies with our logo, phone, website, so that apartment dwellers can tear-off our info. Just a thought. We are always open to ideas on how to convert more clients with everything we do!

Demographics: We are based in Austin, TX. Pretty tech savvy. We cater to a lot of students, apartment dwellers, realtors, 2-income households with little time for cleaning.
