We want the book cover to have THUD FACTOR which means it makes an impact. This book will be used as a marketing tool. We're not looking to sell 1 million copies but it needs to make an impact to our prospects and clients.
We want to be bold and daring.
Middle aged men (40%) and women (60%) who are frustrated by the lack of results in their company, their team or their group. This book is intended for people who know there are options and who can 'feel' it in their gut that 'there is a better way'.
Our audience is typically, confused, frustrated, upset, sick and tired of lack luster results. Either they have created a MESS or they have walked into a MESS or their superiors have created a MESS the resulting feeling is frustration.

Think of demotivated people
Use pictures of both men and women (ie: a group)
DO NOT use pictures of a messy desk (or messy papers) it's not about organization.
Think of a confusing puzzle map where this book is the missing piece - mix that with the feeling of frustration.
The book will be 6x9 hard cover. One we get the front cover nailed, I'll need the back cover and the 2 inside flaps.
I think this goes without saying but I want to make sure I get the original artwork in adobe (.ai and .psd) for this design. Just want to be sure.
