Help Virginia Emergency Medicine Associates with a new print design

We are a group of Emergency Physicians providing services at the Inova Fair Oaks Hospital.

We are looking for a 1 page, 2 sided, 8.5 x 11, color handout that will be given to patients at the start of their Emergency Room visit. The goal is to address frequently asked questions and set expectations for the visit. We would like the text to be easily readable and the handout to be very visual with pictures or photographs. The front side of the brochure will have the content in English, the back side in Spanish. The Spanish content is undergoing translation and will be available in a few days. We will need a designer who can work with us to modify the content slightly once the final design is selected. Certain text elements regarding time need to be finalized and the Spanish content will need to be added. We would like the file in Adobe Photoshop and PDF formats. The hospital logo will be available in a few days as well. This is a desirable although not critical element.

We would like this project completed by Friday, July 22nd.
