Brochure design for MJ Hughes Construction Inc.

We are a premier Pacific NW heavy civil construction projects company that build and retrofit both railroad and vehicular bridges and trestles; rail repairs and new railways; dams; hydros; basically all types of heavy civil work. We also do a great deal of in-house sub-contract type work like pile driving; concrete and asphalt paving; concrete and steel projects; pipe line; guard-rails; signage; earthwork; underground; etc.

We want a brochure that showcases us in the Railroad projects arena. This would be used for initial contact of prospective rail customers. As background, there is a new federal rule that requires RR's to inspect and repair their railroads which is creating a good deal of rail construction work which we would like to capitalize on. We also partner with engineers that are qualified to re-calculate trestle/bridge design carrying capacity. This brochure, while aimed at the railroad community, must be able to be used as a template to be adapted in house for our other specific disciplines such as vehiclular bridges; dams; hydro work; etc. While 'detailing' by word the pre-construction; construction; and post construction phases capabilities, I'd like to keep the pictures to a "showcase" of two projects 'showing' these three phases.
