About us

We manage vacation rentals for high-end homeowners. Target audience is the discerning owner who cares about their home and investment. They have a sophisticated pallet and expect professionalism.

What's your vision?

PLEASE HELP!! We created a 20 questions you should ask when hiring a management company document. It's wordy! We need it to be made digestible and beautiful. Break it up a little, add images (which we can provide) or icons, and do whatever you need to make it look good. We need a two sided one-sheet. We will print and hand to people as well as attach to emails. Questions are in specific order.

We are focused on tech, beauty, and personalized services. See images of homes at walkervr.com and if you need a dropbox of more/larger images please let me know. The point of this is NOT to advertise Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals but to give people a tool that is provided by Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals so we want our logo at the end of the document in an inconspicuous spot.

A Sunday in September

Melvina Masterminds Print Design 2019 _______ Melvina Masterminds is an organization empowering students in the arts. In September 2019, they partnered with entertainer Hannibal Buress to host a charity comedy show at the famed Chicago Theatre. The process behind this design was a fun exploration in photo editing where I merged photography with colorful overlays and layers of vintage textures. By adding in handwritten bits, I’m able to break up the text and establish a visual hierarchy that highlights important details, like appearances by Lil Rel Howery and Vic Mensa, more clearly.
