Create an open house postcard invitation for a wealth management firm

We require a two sided, full colour, postcard - (mailable within Canada) The project is fairly straightforward and simple. Estimate about 2 hours time. The piece needs to have room for an address label to be applied, as well as a stamp. (there are guidelines available from Canada Post for this) I have attached a print ready design of a similar notice we've done previously... It should be noted- we did not like the look of this piece -It is merely included for specs. We prefer simple, clean design. Brand guidelines have been included with this project.
