Menu Board Design for Falafel Factory

We are a new green healthy restaurant that needs a menu board redesign.

People looking for tasty food that doesn't tax the environment. And, maybe even some healthy choices :)

You will see from the pictures that I have provided that there are 10 - 16"x16" spots for your design to be spread amongst. (This contest is for the menu in the restaurant, not on the website)

I basically want each existing picture to be combined onto panels (no more than 4 pictures of the menu items per panel) and then you will also design panels next to the picture panels where the description of those pictured menu items will be.

There will also be panel space used for text of menu items that don't have pictures. And, panel space for a few pictures of menu items that are not quite ready yet.

I guess the design will need to be more of a template that I can use as the menu changes.

I would also like 1 panel to be made from the "catering pics" zip file the I have attached, that says something like "catering options available" and is a montage from some of the pictures in that file.
