International NGO looking for design work for major fundraiser.
Eat So They Can
-The Eat So They Can event is cosponsored by the Global Volunteer Network (http://www.volunteer.org.nz) and the GVN foundation (http://www.gvnfoundation.org). We are in
our second year of running a major International Fundraiser to benefit children
in Africa. The name of the fundraiser is ‘Eat
So They Can’, where we invite people all over the world to participate in one
huge dinner party (with participants hosting their own personal parties at the
same time), with the proceeds benefiting a selection of our partner
organizations in Africa. Our event aims to
incorporate international development issues with global food issues in a
dynamic, educational manner- and our design concept should reflect that.
We are looking for
a clean, contemporary, dynamic design to be used as part of a downloadable
resource pack. We require a design for several different layouts. The chosen
design will need to include the following formats:
- Invite/evite party invitation
- table place cards
- downloadable placemat (size A4)Invites/Evites: We need a fun, visually appealing design
to use as an invite/evite that our dinner party hosts can download, personalize
and either print off and post, or email to their invite lists.
Place cards: Will need to incorporate the design
concept into a smaller format so participants can download and print off a
sheet of A4 paper that can then be personalized and cut into individual place
cards.
Placemats: Will be used as an educational tool. They
should be an A4 design that can be downloaded, printed off and used as place
settings. This format will use the ESTC design concept and also incorporate
facts and statistics (which we will provide) on poverty in an interesting and
visually appealing way.
