Create Powerpoint template for eSeminar presentations

Looking for dynamic custom template in Microsoft Powerpoint 2007 that I can just pop my info into. Detailed specs below and I’m willing to answer questions as they come up.

Prospects To Go, prospectstogo.com

Looking for high-resolution PPT template consistent with the look and feel of prospectstogo.com
I would like the primary design color to be “Prospects To Go blue” - (hex color # 333568) with white background for copy.  Although I’m open to the COVER and END slides deviating.  The website is enhanced with jewel tones and I’m happy to use those as accents.
Slide templates I need include:
    * COVER. Need room for two-line title (or title and subtitle).
    * END PAGE…has to have the following text on it:

    * NUMEROUS TYPES OF CONTENT SLIDES WITH TITLE BAR ON TOP WITH THE FOLLOWING:
          -Bullet or numbered list page
          -Bullets on left and image on right
          -Page with one big field for an image, be it a graphic, photo, Excel spreadsheet.  I’m not sure if these have to be separate templates…
          -2-Column Slide with either two columns of text or comparison with line down the middle or two sets of bullets.
    * TRANSITION SLIDE WITH TITLE IN THE CENTER (similar to cover slide but looking like content slide)
