Jørn Nilsson got their new app design by running a design contest:

WHERE!? The app is the easiest way to locate someone without calling/texting. It allows one person ask another where he/she is, and allows the recipient answer by a simple one touch on the phone or Apple Watch. The tap sends a map with current location.
We want the graphics to be simple and gorgeous, with a main App Icon showing a person with it´s hand up (like you would reply to someone calling your name from a list at school or in the army) The graphics needs to be specially made with the Apple Watch in mind. Simple, elegant and easy to understand.
For first version of this app is pretty straight forward. The second version will require more work. For now the following screens are needed. (See attachment for details and illustrated workflow. 1st screen: Splash with icon and app name. 2nd screen: Pick a name from a list and press icon(button) to send position request 3rd screen: Automatic Confirmation screen (the request is sent) Visual, no text. 3rd screen sends you back to the list of names. 4th screen: The request popping up on recivers end allowing the person to tap directly and send position 5th screen: The reply to senders watch/phone shows a map with the app-icon. Needs to have a small icon letting the reciver send its position.
What to avoid
This app is first and foremost intended for the Apple Watch and iPhone. The design needs to be amazing looking on the watch and at the same time fulfill all the watch requirements for design.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. App design starts at €549.
