Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Southern style restaurant in the downtown area of the largest city in New Hampshire. I am from Texas, my chef is award winning chef from New Orleans. We are creating a unique menu new to New England that features food from Texas to the Carolinas. Atmosphere is industrial chic but fun. Lots of beers, bourbon and tequila with some of the best Southern foods from Steaks, BBQ and seafood. Not looking for anything that looks franchisee. This is country but classy concept with concentration on QUALITY, "southern eats and hospitality".
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
fun and creative one page menu, multiple sections, maybe front and back, maybe just one-sided
