stevegarrett22 got their new logo design by running a design contest:
"Veradura" brand needs simple, quick logo design! Concept provided!

I sell physical products online and I have products in multiple categories under this brand. We literally have products in home & kitchen, garden, arts & crafts, patio lawn & garden, sports & outdoors, etc. So this brand logo needs to be generic enough to apply to all these various categories. There is no specific target audience, rather this brand must appeal to a wide range of people. The name "veradura" works well across these categories as it does not mean anything in specific yet it can conjure feelings of quality, durability, honesty, etc.
I am looking for a simple logo for my brand. I want a simple font such as Helvetica that will age well. I want a straight forward wording of Veradura, with a modern font that will not age. I want it clean and pretty, classy even, but not too fancy. I would like to see two versions: 1) with the "V" in a logo by itself that immediately precedes the word Veradura. 2) with the "V" in a logo that is then followed by the rest of the word "eradura". See the attached file which illustrates what I am talking about. Realize that these are terrible designs, but that they give you an idea. I want only two colors, black and gray. Perhaps a gray circle with a black stylized V in the middle. Play around with the idea of gray and black for the logo.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at €269.

And then… they selected a winner!
SAMPAR's initial design was not exactly what I requested in the brief, however it was unique and very good, and the longer I looked at it the more I liked it. He took the initial concept and imagined something based on it but a little "outside the box" which is what good designers do. The winning design was not his initial design but a variation of it that I asked him to produce. SAMPAR was professional and quick to respond. Well done!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
