I'm a planner by nature & love the opportunity to add that special touch to anything from a 4th of July BBQ to making homemade Smore's cupcakes! I've enjoyed going to traditional English Teas for years, love baking & turn every party, big or small, into an event to remember.
I've always had aspirations to start my own business, but never had a product or idea that I was truly passionate about until now. Haute Tea is a way for me to utilize my event planning skills, baking talent & zest for tea while sharing it with consumers who appreciate delicious food and a great event, but don't have the time or creative patience to pull it together on their own.
Mostly female, although I'd love to expand to men in the near future.
My target clientele would be upper/middle class consumers with sophisticated taste and large social circles. People who would prefer to hire someone to plan an event rather than have to plan it on their own. Those willing and able to pay for the services provided and utilize Haute Tea on a regular basis for business and/or pleasure.
Haute Tea can provide an elegant & enjoyable event for bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette parties, luncheons or just a reason to get together with old friends. The options are endless!
Haute Tea is a step above & takes pride in providing that special touch. The logo needs to represent a company that is the entire package.
I love bold, vibrant colors like the colors of peacock feathers & jewel tones. Also the combination of black, white & bright pink OR black, white, & red.
NO muted colors, earth tones, natural color palettes, browns, yellows, grays or pastels
Please do not use clip art in the logo
Here are a few suggestions
1. Have Haute Tea in a legible, elegant script with the “u” made to resemble a tea cup, having steam coming out of the “u”. Mele Amore’s logo (meleamore.com) is a good example of this. The “L” and “E” in Mele are made to look like a heart, but the letters are still visible.
2. Have "Haute Tea" coming out of a tea cup as if it were steam from the tea.
3. Incorporate a peacock feather into the "H" of Haute
*I like the background used on the blog-site jessicaclaire.net. The print is interesting & I like the green/black combo. I also like damask print.
Business cards are my priority & I’m planning to have a blog-site in the near future. I’m considering having reusable bags, tags for baked goods & thank you cards or stationary to send after each event.
I'd like the logo in Illustrator vector format- color AND black & white versions both in pdf format
Medium & small versions of color logo in jpg format for web use
