We're a NYC based software development company that builds websites for mid-size and large clients, but we also develop custom software for Windows, mobile devices and other platforms.
Before anything, our logo has to look very professional, since it will be marketed aggressively both online and in print. It's important that the logo will do well on both dark and light backgrounds (even if the color scheme has to change,) and that it remains sharp and readable in small sizes too.
Terrasynq
We are Terrasynq - a NYC-based software development company that develops commercial software for large companies.
Our customers come from various professions and backgrounds, and many of them are Fortune 500 companies, hence we need a logo that speaks to them.
The logo will be used on our website, business cards, letter head, faxes, email signatures, etc. Hence the logo needs to be versatile and to remain sharp when in a small size.
If the logo can suggest synchronization, but in a subtle way, that might help make the logo more professional. However, it's not a requirement.
We plan on using this as our long-term logo, definitely not something we'll change in a year or two, so we don't want something that looks cool this year but two years from now looks outdated.
Please use either Terrasynq, terrasynq or TERRASYNQ in the logo, not TerraSynq or other such variations.
Have fun getting creative and don't hesitate to ask questions!
- A clean, professional logo for Terrasynq
- Must use a professional color pallet that looks good both online and in print.
- An overly complicated logo.
- Colors/shades/gradients that don't look good when printed.
- A logo that only makes sense to people in this industry.
