We create local community for groups of women who run together for health, camaraderie, friendship. It is empowering, inclusive, inspiring for any woman or girl who wants to run and exercise and be healthy in mind and body. Girl power + running + wellness + friendship with a nod to the feminism and empowerment of the 90s RIOT Grrls.
