Property Development company Stationary, Logo Design

we need a logo, biz cards and stationary for a new small property development firm. this firm was created to develop one project, but may do more than one.

Desired Style:
in between techno look and script classic look

Accepted File Formats:
Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff)

We are looking for something extraordinarily simple... in fact so simple that the letterhead should be something that we can print out on our laser color printer in a Word template we would create.  Cards will be preprinted of course.  We are not looking for branding or anything complex.

Our business is property development.  We are currently converting an older apartment building to high end condominiums.  Our location is the Washington Idaho border, Spokane, WA.

Since we are doing high end condo's, prefer a look that is high end, but again, simple.  Don't want a techno sharp look or a script type look, somewhere in between.  Hope that helps.  please ask any questions you would like to help you understand our business.
