I would like a design that incorporates the B's in my name in the form of butterflies. I am not opposed to just the first "B" as the butterfly (in Blonnie) and that alone could be the standalone logo as well. I would like the "B" to be recognizable as a B, though. Again, not too ornate. I am not opposed to a serif font.
Butterflies to me: ethereal, nature, rebirth, freshness, earthy, free spirit, uniqueness and new beginnings. I have designed the logo for my company with this in mind, but I feel that it's a little too generic, blah and not unique. see my website for what I mean: http://www.blonniebrooks.com
My business' main focus:
Timeless, yet modern/sunny photographs.
My -main goal- is to have a logo that gives me the ability to use the graphic element as a stand alone and recognizable emblem. As it is now, I do not believe you can pull the "B"s from my name out and have them be seen as a standalone/recognizable symbol of my company.
The logo needs to be able to reduce well and not be so ornate that the details would be lost upon reducing.
I prefer that the logo to be primarily orange and black .. golden hour/natural type colors (but feel free to give me new ideas/colors) and be fine if I needed to put it on a black or white background by changing the text color.
Another idea I had was to make the front/back wings of the butterfly emphasized oppositely on each "B" (wings half closed) and have them come together as one full butterfly for the main logo.
I can revise my website scheme to match the feel/colors of the logo.
THANK YOU in advance for your hard work. :)
