Жива почва - чиста храна (engl. Living soil - pure food)
Chiflik Livadi (“Meadow Farm” in Bulgarian) is located in South West Bulgaria, close to the village of Damianitza, Sandanski municipality. We raise pastured broilers, hens, pigs and cattle. We produce pastured eggs, fresh and cured meat products, dairy products and canned food. We are mimicking the nature but also utilising modern practices such as electric fence and a mobile milking parlour. We believe that food produced in a sustainable and natural way is a source of health and independence. At Chiflik Livadi all animals are pastured and provided a habitat that allows them to express their natural behaviour – pigs to dig, chew and wallow, chickens to scratch, peck bugs and insects so that the health is the norm and no drugs are needed. All our animals enjoy sunshine and fresh air. The fodder is without genetically modified components. Our mission is to feed couple hundred families in a sustainable and healthy way; to test prototypes create clever agricultural models and to share them to be successful, sustainable and happy farm; to protect the health of the soil, humans and animals. The products of Chiflik Livadi are traditional and conservative, our methods – modern and innovative. Target audience: Women 28-55 years old, mothers, families with children, Chiflik Livadi values: Our values are: pasture, living soil, pure food, diverse animals in natural environment, without chemistry, without additives and enhancers. Clean and honest farming, producing traditional products with modern practices. The logo should have the possibility to shrink/reduce and enlarge, depending on its application - labels, signboards but to be recognizable . The logo should be easily distinguishable but not too chatty or clichy. Our preference would be the name of the farm - Chiflik Livadi to be written in Cyrillic: „Чифлик Ливади“. As our aim is to have distinguishable logo, we do not want to constrain designers, however: No single animal - We raise different animals – poultry, cattle and pigs. Depicting only one animal does not reflect the nature of the farm. So either all of them or neither. If the drawing of the animal is abstract than this requirement is not applicable. The key elements of the farm (apart from the animals) are: the living soil, the pasture, clean air and sun. As we are targeting local Bulgarian audience we prefer Cyrillic alphabet.
