Who are you known as?
'Project One Forty Three' is the official title of the organization and probably ideal. But, we aren't opposed to seeing options using the actual numbers, such as 'Project 143'
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Project One Forty Three is a non-profit organization. We facilitate orphan hosting, bringing orphans from other countries to the US to be hosted by American families for 4-5 weeks in the summer and winter. The number, One Forty Three (143), represents the approximately 143 million orphans worldwide. Our host program is also a means for the orphans to match with a family and possibly be adopted. Our host program focuses on older orphans (most age 8-14), sibling sets and special needs children, the ones least likely to ever have an opportunity at adoption. (Not babies, toddlers or preschool age) We bring orphans from various countries and we maintain honor for their country as much as our own, so no US flags incorporated into the logo.

Our current logo is meant to look like a domino. We aren't opposed to continuing a domino theme, but we are NOT married to it and open to any and all new ideas. Though we are a non-profit focused on orphans/children, we don't want the logo to be too elementary or pre-school, as adults wear things with our logo as well. Also, both host moms and host dads wear our logo, so it shouldn't be too feminine (so that a man wouldn't want to wear it).
