Online store needs a simple and chic logo

We have an online store starting off with Babies and childrens products (security blankets, toys) Also going into home wares/ Kitchen ware in the near future.

Other notes
We have an idea of what we want - our Initials of our name is J and T put it together and it looks like the "Pi" symbol . JT (with the same line on top of J joining them togehter) . We also like it in a circle with a piece of the 'pie' sort of cut out to kind of play on the word 'pi'. Eg is attached in images but the J is the first letter not T as per eg. Have a few diff egs in attached images, but any other ideas we are open to. Would love to have our brand name ha-Pi in there somewhere.
