Greg-GCi got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Modern Technical Training/Consultancy.

Technical training and consultancy. Java/Web/Oracle. The existing site can be seen at: http://www.currere.co From the existing site: Why "Currere" : Currere is the latin verb meaning “to run, to gallop”, to course, to flow. A more modern definition is to “co-create authentic power and empowerment”. A river has a course, which it runs. This seems to fit well with the idea of courses, processes and consulting running smoothly. Your experience with Currere should be smooth, flowing and empowering. It’s also fitting that Currere sounds somewhat like “career”. Very fitting. I like the idea of all lowercase for some reason, though that's not set in stone. Themes: interconnectedness/connectivity, flow (see currere definition), abstract shapes, progression. Moving away from dots (Google redesign ...)
Clean. Not too busy. Angular. Perhaps representable in SVG.
